What are the return and refund policies?

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Returns are not possible for customized products.

What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €130. For orders under €130 the shipping cost is €4.99.

Your order will be processed within 24 working hours and delivery will be made by the GLS or SDA courier in the following 48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Credit Card, Paypal and Klarna.
With both Paypal and Klarna you can spread the total in 3 instalments.
