Products purchased by consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code. For new goods, the seller's liability for lack of conformity extends within the terms provided by law, normally up to two years from delivery. Damage due to improper use, impact, or normal wear and tear that is not attributable to an original defect is excluded.
